3. Orders and Payment
  • Acceptance: Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason (e.g., stock error or suspected fraud).
  • Payment: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, other means of payment and Cash on Delivery. Payment must be received in full before goods are dispatched (unless using COD).
4. Shipping and Delivery
  • Delivery is available across the UAE and internationally at request.
  • Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only. A.P.S.I Middle East General Trading L.L.C is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics or customs clearance for international orders.
5. Returns, Refunds, and Warranty
  • Returns: Customers may return unused golf equipment in its original packaging within 7 days of receipt, provided it is in resalable condition.
  • Refunds: Once the return is inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Warranty: Most golf clubs and electronics come with a manufacturer's warranty. We will assist customers in facilitating warranty claims with the respective brands.
6. Intellectual Property

7. Limitation of Liability
