Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all tags and seals intact.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us by phone, WhatsApp, email, or visit our store — whichever is most convenient for you.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrectly shipped items.

Defective or Damaged Items
